Regarding the practice of Taijiquan, this book focuses on the four stages of training: primary, intermediate, advanced, and top-level, and comprehensively analyzes the content, methods, steps and relationships of Taijiquan training. It is a specific guide for learning and practicing Taijiquan. The theory of Taijiquan is not a castle in the air, but it is based on a solid foundation of practice. The Kung Fu of Taijiquan is practiced by the hard work of the practitioners themselves, and the correct and accurate training method is the guarantee of avoiding detours and getting twice the result with half the effort . The theme of this volume is the training principles and specific methods of Taijiquan. First, it outlines the complete process and basic methods of Taijiquan training; The training at the primary stage includes basic skills training and basic action essentials, physical requirements and technical essentials in boxing exercises, and some auxiliary training such as pile skills. The training at the intermediate stage includes internal strength training in boxing exercises, basic martial arts methods in boxing, basic push-hand training in fixed postures, and auxiliary training such as dynamic skills. In these training contents, there are not only theoretical descriptions, but also a large number of specific practical examples, so as to achieve the purpose of combining theory and practice.
