Taijiquan Form & Weapons
Class Time: 90 minutes
The core class in our curriculum based on the Wu Style 37 Posture Form developed by Grand Master Wang Peisheng. There are partner practice and martial application drills to accompany the study of the solo form practice.
Also, Taijiquan Weapons forms and partner practices are presented to enrich one’s physical integration and understanding of Taijiquan’s specialized abilities. The weapons focus is on rotation between sword, saber, and spear.

Tongbeiquan & Taijiquan Partner Training
Class Time: 75 minutes
This class is focused on partner training to build martial application proficiency. Begining with more readily accessible skills from Baiyuan Tongbeiquan then transitioning to the internal efficacy of Taijiquan in action.
