Saturday: July 13 3:00pm-7:00pm: -37 posture form, details from a selected section, applications in two-person drill -Wu Yuxiang's "Four-Word Secret Formula" (fu, gai, dui, tun): examples in push hands skills -Introduction to Random Circles: movements and basic two-person drills
Sunday, July 14 9:30am-12:30pm: -Continuing Random Circles: movements and more advanced two-person drills 1:30pm-4:30pm: -Li Yiyu's "Five Word Formula" (xinxing, shenling, qilian, jinzheng, shenju): use in applications (calm heart, agile body, focus qi within, integrate jin, concentrate shen)
Seminar tuition: $320 (all 10 hours) Saturday session only: $140 (4 hrs) Sunday 2 sessions only: $200 (6 hrs) Sunday session 1 only: $110 (3 hrs) Sunday session 2 only: $110 (3 hrs) Mark your calendars.
